The UNLV Rebels will at home against the Air Force Falcons. The Falcons come in with the fifth ranked rushing team in the country amassing almost 300 yards per game. The Rebels, over the last three games, have allowed an average of 270 rushing yards, 208 passing yards and over 40 points per game. The combined score over those three games has averaged 69 points per game. The Rebels have remained competitive because of their ability to throw the ball. Quarterback Omar Clayton has been stellar for the Rebels this season completing 58 percent of his passes for 1,277 yards, 14 touchdowns, and just two interceptions. The Falcons defense has problems stopping the pass. Against Utah, the Falcons gave up 243 yards and against 362 yards to the Houston Cougars. The weather will be perfect for a shootout and the respected offenses will be attacking the opposing defense weaknesses all game long. Take the ‘over’.
